The ceremonial cocoa, from its Mayan translation “blood of the heart”, was considered the food of the Gods.
A magnificent elixir of youth, pure cocoa is one of the most powerful foods that exist. Extremely rich in minerals, antioxidants, vitamin B and iron, it stimulates the immune system and is considered a natural anti-depressant thanks to the hormones it releases.
Cocoa takes about 20 to 40 minutes to pass through the body and once integrated by it, the magic of the heart operates and brings a feeling of contentment or even euphoria.

Mamma cacao allows you to gently open the space of the heart and explore your inner being by reconnecting to the greather whole.
One of the most important things in cocoa medicine is to place a starting intention before the ceremony or even start setting it up a few days in advance in order to start the magic ℑ
Participants are invited to bring their sacred objects to be integrated into the small ceremonial altar as well as their favorite cup, yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
The ceremony will begin with a shamanic ritual where each participant will be purified by the guardian of the sacred fire. This moment of internalization will support the ingestion of the ceremonial cocoa. A pure moment of pleasure will follow with guidance in rhythm and movements to encourage letting go.
This musical and vibratory journey will take place in a beautiful enchanted forest and will allow an even more powerful connection to the 5 elements.
This symbiosis of our microcosm with the macrocosm of the Universe will be done by dancing our true nature! A sweet moment of integration will give way to our ecstatic dance.
The end of the ceremony will take place around the sacred fire with energy sticks and a talking circle.
