Cancellation policy for appointments:

Please call or text me as soon as you know that you can’t make it for your scheduled appointment; 514 880-4832 (no fb or e-mail)

The sooner, the better so I can  reopen it on the agenda and someone else can benefit from it.

This also minimize the risk that I end up with a blank availability in my clinic agenda. Please consider that I am self-employed and rent my office space. Every last minutes changes is a risk that I end up with no customer and directly affect my humble income. 

For all the lost I have experienced and assumed financially throughout my 25 years of self employed therapist, I am now in the obligation to charge 100% of your appointment in you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.



Please contact the artist that crafted & sent you your good to resolve any problem. I encourage some dedicated & gifted people who work hard to give you the best of their work. We all want to offer you the best of what we are in a genuine way. Together we will surely find an agreement 😉

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please contact the artist that created your item to explain the problem and find an harmonious way to a solution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the same address of the original sender

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
