I am delighted to introduce my brand new yoga class that combines the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine with the healing power of seasonal aromatherapy. This unique class invites you to explore your yoga practice from a fresh perspective, in harmony with the natural cycles of the seasons.
Each session is designed to balance the body’s energies according to the five elements of Chinese medicine: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Through specific postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, you will learn to stimulate the meridians and harmonize your Qi, thereby promoting your physical and emotional well-being.
To enrich this experience, we incorporate essential oils selected according to the season. These natural aromas support your practice by providing relaxation, vitality, or mental clarity, depending on the specific needs of each time of year.Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class offers you a deep inner journey, respectful of the natural rhythm of your body and the environment.

Restorative Yoga & Meditation Class
Restorative yoga is a gentle and relaxing practice
focused on deep relaxation and balance of the body and mind
- Restorative yoga helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote a state of deep calm and well-being.

It uses yoga props to support the body in long-held postures, promoting intense relaxation and the release of physical and mental tension.

It is suitable for everyone, but is particularly beneficial for those suffering from stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, or those in need of physical or mental recovery.

A sound and vibration workshop with mudras, mantras and singing bowls offers an experience of deep relaxation and well-being, using the sounds and vibrations to rebalance the body and mind. These workshops combine the benefits of gentle yoga stretching, sound therapy, mudras to collect specific energy and meditative singing to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve concentration.
The combination of the sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls and meditative chanting mantras promotes relaxation and helps you let go of stress and anxiety.

Bio Yoga
I am a professionally trained therapist in massage, aromatherapy, herbal remedies, doula & yoga. I’ve been practicing alternate healing medicines with passion and dedication since 1995, sharing my knowledge at my Rawdon clinic, or travelling abroad to gain higher skills and experience.
I am a certified yoga instructor since 2010 & accumulated so far 800 hrs. Trained internationally in vinyasa “pranaflow” with world renown yoga teacher Shiva Rea as well as with other Yoga Masters such as Dharma Mittra (New York) from whom I received knowledge in classical yoga & philosophy, Asthanga master Darby (a direct student from Indian guru Sri K. Pattabhi Jois) taught me the art of alignment, Todd Norian (founder of Ashaya Yoga) enhanced the therapeutic approach in yoga while martial artist Cameron Shayne (founder of budokon) gave me the extra “oumf” when I teach a yang/power class!
I am also a certified pre/postnatal yoga instructor since 2010 trained by Shiva Rea (U.S.A.) and Sophie Desjardins from Yoga Maternité (Montréal,Qc.).
Every guru with whom I studied has blessed me with enlightening knowledge of this thousand-year old wisdom and my teachings are infused with all of them.
